Before

A web and mobile coaching platform where rounds are logged, progress is tracked over time and feedback reaches the player between sessions.

Coaches were tracking players one at a time, with no single view of how a roster was actually progressing. Feedback waited for the next in-person session, by which point the round it referred to was days old.

What we built

The decision that shaped it
We treated the round as the unit of the system rather than the session. Once every round is captured on the device it happens on, progress becomes a time series instead of a memory, and feedback can leave the coach before the next meeting. That decision drove both the mobile-first capture and the roster-level dashboard.

A coaching platform on web and mobile: rounds logged in the field, progress tracked per player over time, automated feedback delivered between sessions, and a dashboard giving the coach the whole roster at once.
