The challenge
The situation
Applying for work at any scale means reading hundreds of postings across scattered sources, then rewriting the same CV for each one by hand. The work is repetitive but not mechanical, which is exactly why it resists a simple script.
How we approached it
The thinking
We split the problem into judgement and labour. Scoring a posting against a profile is judgement, so it happens first and produces a number a person can sort by. Rewriting the CV to match is labour, so it is automated per application. Submission stays behind an explicit approval step. The agent prepares, the human sends.

An agentic pipeline pulling five job sources into a single feed, scoring every posting 0–100 against the candidate profile, then tailoring the CV and cover letter per application. A browser agent handles submission once approved.
